I walked by Sole 2 Sole at Millenia Walk yesterday, and found some very awesome shoes by chance. These are the “Lo Res” shoes from United Nude, which are made by automated design. Now, I’d like to know what that means, but nothing that I read off the Internet seems to tell me much. It just says that an object can be scanned into a computer, which will then remodel it digitally — which doesn’t tell me what was scanned and how things get calculated. PB, any ideas?
What I do know, though, is these shoes from United Nude feel really comfortable — but they’re not made for skinny feet and long toes. What’s up with shoes these days?
These aren’t that high-tech, but they look pretty awesome as well. I’ve spotted a couple at the Front Row store at Raffles Hotel, but I haven’t had a chance to try them.
